About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded person to help take Bark’s growth to the next level. As a Commercial Analyst at Bark, you’ll have a can-do attitude and be willing to get stuck in and try new things. You will also have strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify what to focus on. A collaborative mindset is important as you’ll be working alongside other teams in the business to achieve our objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager for Europe, this is a key hire right at the heart of the business linking Sales, Commercial and Marketing and a great opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Determine strategies to grow existing and add new categories to achieve quarterly growth targets.
Work with the performance marketing and sales teams to balance Buyer and Seller acquisition and hit profitability targets
Maintain the category’s set-up questions and pricing balancing conversion rate against revenue per conversion to maximise profitability ensuring we’re always responsive to user feedback.
Support the business’ development plans as and when required
Design and develop promotional and trading strategies that support the country’s long-term growth.
Maintain an awareness of Bark’s competitors, their business models and pricing.
Requirements
Track record of growing business units and exceeding targets
Highly numerate, analytical and curious

Knowledge of PPC
Experience in optimising web conversion rates
Experience of working in a B2B environment
