About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a CRM Integrations Specialist, where you will play a critical role owning and managing the CRM integrations function end to end. Defining and driving forward our strategy to meet our clients integration requirements in a reliable and repeatable way. You will be the advocate in the sales team to drive improvements in this area. Pulling on your experience with systems integrations and CRM systems to define the improved processes, working closely with our development team to ensure new standard integration technologies meet our requirements. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical foundation, capable of leveraging deep system integration knowledge to enhance client relationships and platform functionality.
Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership of the Sales Integration Function: Develop a program of improvements for our integrations function. Drive that strategy forward with support from our development team. Ensuring that we have a reliable and repeatable way to integrate with our clients CRM systems.
Technical Consulting and Pre-Sales: Engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and articulate complex integration processes clearly. Assess and analyse their CRM systems to design integration strategies that optimise their workflow and platform efficiency.
Advanced Technical Integration: Develop and deploy robust integration solutions using both existing and newly created scripts and tools. Ensure these integrations work seamlessly across different CRM systems, enhancing the client's experience and interaction with our platform.
Custom Solution Engineering: Utilise advanced automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to design, build, and maintain customised solutions. Address unique client challenges through creative and technically sophisticated approaches.
Ongoing Client Support: Provide expert-level support and training to clients post-integration, ensuring optimal functionality and satisfaction. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with CRM integrations, recommending improvements and upgrades when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
Deep Technical Expertise: Proven ability in integrating SaaS solutions with CRM systems using advanced tools. Extensive experience with API configurations, scripting, and troubleshooting using tools like Postman.
Specific CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot as a minimum. Demonstrable ability to navigate these systems' complexities and leverage their APIs for optimal integration.
Superior Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Capable of leading demonstrations and technical discussions with clarity and confidence.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving urgent technical issues and delivering solutions under tight deadlines.
Client-Centric Mindset: Commitment to exceptional client service, continuously seeking to improve client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications related to CRM systems, SaaS integrations, or similar technologies are highly preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
Project Management: Experience managing complex projects, demonstrating the ability to own projects from conception through to completion, adhering to timelines, and maintaining good communication with stakeholders.
Technical Training Skills: Capable of developing and conducting technical training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of integrated solutions.
Security and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of data security practices, privacy laws, and compliance standards applicable to SaaS and CRM integrations.
