About Bark India
Bark India is the largest operation of Bark outside the UK with more than 50 staff members. Bark India started operations in December'22 and currently manages Marketing and Sales functions for India, South Africa and Singapore. In addition, there is also customer support team that provides support to India and Global operations.
About the Role
Bark is looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to join our Bangalore office and continue to build out and grow the success of our India, Singapore and South Africa sales and account management teams. We are looking for a tenacious hunter with a proven track record in bringing on and building long term partnerships with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders. You lead by example and have experience managing high performance sales teams who consistently over deliver versus targets.
Working closely with global leadership to feed in and shape our partner strategy, you will play a key role whilst we continue to grow and scale our business. This role will be instrumental in building sales excellence, driving robust sales strategies and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver both sales and account management strategy for the India, Singapore and South Africa in order to hit P&L targets
Full ownership of New Business Development and pipeline management through the full customer lifecycle from trialling, onboarding and contracting of new business partners
Full ownership of Account management of new clients that the team have successfully onboarded, to drive partner performance and account growth
Work closely with marketing and data & insights to maximise trading opportunities, enable partners performance and build long term strategies
Feed in and shape global sales and account management initiatives and strategy
Uncover and develop new commercial opportunities and monetisation models
Support cross functional work to unlock trading and product optimisation which unlocks partner performance and growth
Drive your team of direct reports to meet and exceed their monthly and quarterly targets
Required Skills and Experience
Relevant sales and leadership experience
Strong leadership skills, with a proven experience managing a high performing sales and account management
Success in developing and driving sales strategies for both revenue growth and retention
Prior experience working with SME and large enterprises, specifically within the professional services industry is desirable
Prior experience within the digital marketing landscape is desirable
An analytical and strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen with strong strategic vision
