About the role
We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to join our ‘Consumer Acquisition’ squad. This role will report into the Product Director for the Buyer side of the marketplace.
Bark is at the start of a transformation from a lead generation platform to a full marketplace, looking to do to services what Amazon did for physical products.
The Acquisition squad forms an integral part of this transformation as we look to diversify our marketing mix away from Google and build a landing experience in our new marketplace that delivers buyer conversion and satisfaction.
You’ll work on products that are key to this transformation, including SEO optimisation of our site, development of CMS systems to enable the creation and management of our landing pages, as well as the design of relevant ‘onward journeys’ from these pages to optimise conversion through the relevant onward user journeys.
You’ll join an existing squad of developers and work closely with a designer to build a great understanding of your users. Given the importance of your work on acquisition, you’ll work closely with the CMO and marketing leadership team to help craft a vision and roadmap for your area. You’ll also work alongside peers in Analytics, Customer Support and other squads (most notably the ‘Search to contact’ team) to ensure success.
We’re already profitable and incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but we know that most of our work is ahead of us. We have huge aspirations, and our growth plans are product-led, so it’s a great time to join and contribute to revolutionising how people buy and sell services online
