About Bark India
Bark India is the largest operation of Bark outside the UK with more than 50 staff members. Bark India started operations in December 2022 and currently manages Marketing and Sales functions for India, South Africa and Singapore. In addition, there is also customer support team that provides support to India and Global operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our team in India. This role will play a key part in supporting our global hiring efforts, with a particular focus on India. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent across a variety of roles, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.
Beyond sourcing, you will act as the go-to person for our recruitment systems, taking ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor) ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports and helping drive efficiency across the hiring process. From time to time, you’ll also provide light-touch support to our HR team, such as updating our HRIS (Hibob), assisting with onboarding activities, and helping maintain a seamless employee experience. This is a great opportunity to build sourcing expertise in a global setting while contributing directly to our hiring success.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support
Partner with the Head of Talent to identify hiring needs across global functions, with a strong focus on India.
Build and manage pipelines of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networks, etc.).
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, motivations, and fit before progressing them further in the process.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
ATS Ownership & Reporting
Take ownership of the day-to-day running administration of our ATS (Teamtailor).
Produce and share regular recruitment insights to support decision-making.
Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements to optimise hiring efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all recruitment systems.
HR Administration Support (as needed)
Support the HR Manager with operational tasks such as updating Hibob (HRIS), onboarding documentation, and employee records.
Support in maintaining accurate HR data and smooth onboarding experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling international environment.
Strong experience using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms (Teamtailor experience a plus).
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build relationships with candidates.
Collaborative mindset. Comfortable working independently while reporting into a global team.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Hibob is an advantage (Knowledge of Indian labour laws is a plus).
